Log:
Add kwc box resize code to new smoothbox.

Smoothbox blindly draws the box at the specified box size regardless
of the size of the parent window. Kevin's enhancements check the
window size and adjust the smoothbox dimensions accordingly which
prevents an annoying bug that makes the smoothbox panels unusable in
small windows.
