Mobile OAE interface

Hi Clay,

I'm not aware of anyone currently working on a mobile interface
for Sakai OAE. However, I do remember that Christian from CARET
was working on one about a year ago.

It might be worth finding out from him where he got up to and what
the lessons learnt were, so I've CC'd him into this e-mail.
