what I did:
Clicked 'add files or links' in 'My Content' widget on Dashboard. 
Selected a file, got to see extra options (e.g. 'Who can see this content'). 

Problem: 
When clicking on the 'Who can see this content' dropdown, it shows 3 different options: 
'The public' , 'Myself Only' and 'Logged in Only'. 
These 3 items are not in the correct hierarchical order. 

How the order should be:
To be consistent with other dropdowns (e.g. Who can see my profile dropdown), a more correct order would be:
'The public', 'Logged in Only', 'Myself only' (so from more general to more specific).
