To recreate this issue:
0 - starting at image 1 - logged in at /dev/my_sakai.html
1 - Click to change your existing profile picture
2 - Select the 'Upload a new picture' tab and upload a new image file
3 - Hit 'Upload' - you should be taken to the 'Select Picture' tab
4 - Hit 'Cancel' on the 'Select Picture' tab
5 - Once the overlay disappears, refresh the page (ctrl-R/apple-R/browser refresh button - be sure page is not loading from cache).
6 - The previous image has been wiped out (see resulting image 2) -- I expect to see the original profile picture (that seen in image 1), since I canceled the picture edit.
