After having invited someone (e.g. Sarah Smith), I went back to the Dashboard. I entered the name in the Search again and saw 'add to contacts' showing again next to her picture. It's actually possible to click on 'add to contacts' again but once clicking 'invite', it gives a failure message.
After having invited someone and searching for that same person again afterwards, shouldn't show 'add to contacts' anymore because a request has already been sent. 
(However, when looking for this person under People or the MyContacts widget, the person is showing under 'pending invitations' and there it doesn't show the 'add to contacts' option.)
