Searching for content when adding to collection doesn't return exact title as first result

What I did:
I was trying to add content to a collection. I knew the precise title of this piece of content ('Lecture 8: Worked Examples').
When I searched for the exact title in the 'add content' overlay page (Use existing content, All content), it didn't show it as the first result while I would have expected it to show up as the first result because it's such a specific name.
