The 2.8 and 2.9 are flagged to merge to the next release version.

The name of the skin is "oae"  in all versions.  In the 2.9 version there are 2 of them, "oae" and "neo-oae" to cover the 2 possible CLE portals that can be picked.  They are identical for the tools.
