> During the bug bash today, I noticed my uploaded content had been autotagged. This was for a newly created account. I checked my preferences and autoatgging was set to off. So, I created another user and set my prefs first--first autotagging turning to on and then to off. When I uploaded new content, it was not autotagged. Finally, I created another new user and without going to prefs, I began to uplaod content. the content I uploaded was auto tagged. I then checked preferences and they showed the setting as off. So, the initial setting seems to be on, even though preferences shows it as off. To reproduce:
> 1. Create a new acct
> 2. Upload the attached document.
> 3. Verify that the document has been autotagged. For me the tags added were: institution select, level, other licenses, slide, title.
> 4. Go to My Account > Preferences. Note that autotagging is set to Off.
