My Sakai 2 favourites widget verbiage/icons

It was pointed out that the My Sakai 2 widgets needs to be configurable by institution because Sakai 2 will not mean anything to alot of users because of institutional branding.

>From what I can see this affects:
- The Widget title bar
- The message displayed when you have no sites selected
"You currently don't have any Sakai 2 sites selected"
- The icon displayed next to CLE sites. It's currently an icon of "S2" which again may not have meaning to institutional users.
