Can get a sakaidoc in a bizarre, empty, non-editable state

1) Create a sakaidoc
2) Add a page to the sakaidoc
3) Delete the page from the sakaidoc
4) Refresh
5) Delete the page in the sidebar
6) Refresh the page, notice that there is no edit button nor add page button, and there is no content

The bug is in 5), where the sidebar is showing and exposing actions that shouldn't be available to a sakaidoc that only has one page.
