Lynn, I've had to change "Add my photo" and "Edit my profile" back into "Add photo" and "Edit profile" because there is a lack of space available (see screenshots for what it ended up looking like). I'm moving this to the design to get input on how to solve this. The systemtour is also problematic for i18n, because of the limited space available.

I think it's important to make clear to the user what will happen if they click one of the tour actions.  Bruce D'arcus was surprised by the fact that the help widgets appeared on every screen, and found that behavior somewhat irritating.  At the very least, he may have better understood the purpose if the tour label more accurately reflected the behavior of this feature.
