When trying to move a widget to the right or left, the widget is brought to the top of the column.  IN Firefox and Safari, the widget will move to another column correctly

Sign in
Select My Dashboard
Add widgets so that at least 3 or 4 are in a few columns
Scroll to down to a widget that is at the bottom.
Select it and attempt to move it to the left or right.

Expected Outcome: The user can continue to move the widget to another column.
Actual Outcome: The widget now displays at the top of the column that it is currently in
