[oae-production] [oae-dev] How to handle cache refresh in live production?

IIRC we decided that until this is fixed, we will change the domain in some minor way so the urls are new and the cache irrelevant. Not sure if we have got as far as testing this yet. This is NOT a solution and we would hope that a solution can be found.
