[oae-production] OAE / Kaltura integration

Hi all,

Nico suggested I should report to the list that our local
deployment now has integration with the Kaltura Community Edition
server, e.g.:

Thanks to Mark Triggs who assisted with many of the kaltura issues
along the way.

There will be no doubt some teething issues to sort out with video
along the way, but so far this seems to be a neat (+ 'free' as in
'only sweat and tears' thus far) integration of video hosting
services with OAE.
