Confluence is locked down where these are stored.

That said, this deals with the Foundations IP which IMHO,  is something the foundation should be handling.

Was the fax approach secure enough?  Any volunteers for updating the fax number to one where someone is on the other side?

That would bring us back to the old approach, but if that includes attaching the CLA's to confluence still, then that's another problem
