[cle-kernel-team] Packaging up sakai-2.7.2, Friday, 9 Sept 2011 (UCT view et al)

I plan to package up sakai-2.7.2 on Friday.  But I want UCT's +1 first since they are running 2.7.x reasonably close to head.

Before I package it up, I plan do the following:

* 1. revert https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/KNL-433 (if you concur with Hedrick insofar as 2.7.x behavior is concerned)
2. merge https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/KNL-796 (Jones and Ottenhoff think this fix reasonably important to include)
3. release kernel-1.1.14
4. re-release all indies due to KNL-796 kernel-utils change
5. samigo-2.7.5 will include the following blocker fixes
	https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-1244
	https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-1286
6. merge https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-21071  (announcements, delayed release premature delivery issue)
